 b) Non-delivery: If we are unable to deliver the project you purchased, we will issue a refund within 7-10 business days.
 c) Project discrepancy: If the project delivered is significantly different from what was advertised or described, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after the issue is verified.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances:
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
 a) You changed your mind or decided not to use the project.
 b) You failed to provide the necessary information or cooperation to complete the project.
 c) The project has been successfully delivered and meets the agreed-upon requirements.

5. Payment Methods:
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used when making the purchase. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
